1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pk2cars ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk2cars online gaming platform available at pk2cars.net and any associated mobile or web applications.
1.2 By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you irrevocably agree to these Terms in full. Your continued use of pk2cars following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.3 These Terms should be read alongside the pk2cars Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk2cars. Where any conflict arises between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless the conflict relates specifically to data protection, in which case the Privacy Policy shall govern.
1.4 pk2cars reserves the right to decline registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that these Terms have been or are likely to be breached.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and use pk2cars. This requirement is strictly enforced. pk2cars will conduct age and identity verification checks at registration and at any subsequent point where we consider it necessary. Where a Player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned to the verified payment source, and any winnings will be void.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering with pk2cars. pk2cars makes no representations as to the legal status of online gaming in any specific territory. Players who access pk2cars from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may register one account only. The use of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. pk2cars employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk2cars reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonuses, and withhold any winnings pending investigation.
2.4 KYC Verification. As part of the registration process and as an ongoing obligation, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid national identity documentation. pk2cars may request copies of your CNIC, passport, utility bills, or other identification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restriction or closure.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to hold a pk2cars account: employees of pk2cars or its affiliated companies; immediate family members of such employees; persons who are self-excluded from pk2cars or from gaming platforms generally; and persons who have previously had a pk2cars account closed for breach of these Terms.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk2cars login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pk2cars will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk2cars support immediately via live chat. pk2cars will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account pending investigation.
3.3 Accuracy of Information. You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date. Changes to your name, address, or payment details must be communicated to pk2cars support and will be subject to verification. pk2cars reserves the right to suspend account activity pending re-verification where account details are materially changed.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Your pk2cars account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any associated balance, bonuses, or winnings to any other person.
3.5 Account Currency. All pk2cars accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, wagers, and winnings are processed and displayed in PKR. Where a deposit is made in an alternative currency, it will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any applicable conversion costs will be borne by the Player.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk2cars currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and select cryptocurrency channels. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at pk2cars's discretion.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction within the pk2cars account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted based on account verification status.
4.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that are not registered in your own name, is strictly prohibited. pk2cars may request evidence that a payment method belongs to you as part of the KYC process.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment channel used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit. pk2cars targets processing of withdrawal requests within one to five business hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one to three business days for bank transfers, subject to completion of any required KYC verification. These timelines are targets only and are not guaranteed.
4.5 No Interest. pk2cars does not pay interest on player balances held in account wallets, regardless of the duration for which funds remain deposited.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months will be classified as dormant. pk2cars reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts after notification to the Player's registered email address. The remaining balance will always be available for withdrawal upon re-verification of identity.
5.1 pk2cars offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms which will be communicated at the time of the offer. These Terms provide the general framework; individual promotion terms may impose additional conditions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are intended for recreational Players only. pk2cars reserves the right to withhold or cancel a bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player is exploiting promotional offers, including through irregular betting patterns, hedging strategies, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within their stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
5.5 pk2cars reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including where it determines that a promotion has been misused, where a technical error has affected the promotion's operation, or where regulatory requirements necessitate a change.
6.1 All games available on pk2cars, including live casino tables, slot games, and fishing games, are governed by specific game rules which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the conflict relates to a matter of pure game mechanics, in which case the game rules shall govern.
6.2 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on pk2cars are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live dealing process. All RNGs and live game systems are independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories.
6.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, pk2cars will make every reasonable effort to reconstruct the game state from server logs and honour any outcome that can be verified. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's wallet.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. pk2cars reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
7.1 All sports bets placed on pk2cars, including cricket, football, and other markets, are subject to pk2cars's Sports Betting Rules, which are published within the Sports section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only accepted and valid once confirmed by pk2cars's system and a bet reference number has been issued. pk2cars reserves the right to refuse any bet or part of any bet at its discretion, including where the stake exceeds applicable limits or where the odds displayed resulted from a manifest error.
7.3 Manifest Errors. Where odds or lines are published as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to typographical errors, incorrect data feeds, or system malfunctions — pk2cars reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's wallet. pk2cars's determination of what constitutes a manifest error shall be final.
7.4 In-Play Betting. In-play or live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time, including during active play. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted. Where a market is suspended after a bet has been accepted, the bet will stand unless the event is subsequently abandoned or ruled void under the applicable sports rules.
7.5 Cricket Betting. PSL, international cricket, and domestic cricket markets are among the most popular betting options on pk2cars. 8.1 pk2cars is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player may request self-exclusion from pk2cars at any time. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will be unable to access their account, deposit funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion is available for fixed periods or on a permanent basis.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk2cars platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pk2cars platform without prior written permission.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk2cars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical interruptions.
12.2 pk2cars's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 pk2cars does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. pk2cars will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 pk2cars reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraud, money laundering, or match fixing; receipt of a chargeback; or where required by a regulatory authority.
13.2 Where an account is closed by pk2cars for reasons other than Player breach, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
13.3 Players may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting pk2cars support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within one business day. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method following satisfactory identity verification.
14.1 pk2cars reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address and/or via a notice on the pk2cars platform at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or by a regulatory authority.
14.2 Your continued use of the pk2cars platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect and withdraw any remaining balance.
15.1 If you have a complaint about any aspect of the pk2cars service, you should first contact our support team via live chat, providing full details of your complaint. pk2cars aims to resolve all complaints within five business days of receipt.
15.2 Where a complaint cannot be resolved at the first point of contact, it will be escalated to pk2cars's compliance team. You will receive a written response within fourteen days of escalation.
15.3 Where a dispute remains unresolved following pk2cars's internal complaints procedure, you may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by pk2cars's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from pk2cars support.
15.4 pk2cars's records and logs shall be treated as authoritative evidence in the resolution of any dispute concerning bet outcomes, game results, transaction history, or account activity, unless demonstrated to be materially inaccurate.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk2cars holds its international gaming licence. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
16.2 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16.3 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and pk2cars with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
